One Blue Heart: a zero-waste fundraiser for turtle conservation

The V&A Waterfront is deeply committed to an ongoing sustainability programme, and this event was also an opportunity to launch its zero-waste chef training programme, and to talk more about the Waterfront’s ambition to ultimately become a problem-plastic-free precinct.
